Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders across care settings. You will work with physicians, nurses, and the care team to develop individualized plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering therapies, ventilator management, airway support, and documenting all activities in the EHR, with a focus on safety and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT).
• Experience preferred in healthcare; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Administer oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Provide airway management and assist with intubation when needed.
• Monitor therapy, document progress in EHR, and adjust treatments.
• Educate patients and families on inhaler use and home care.
