Job summary

Lionstone Therapy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders in healthcare settings. You will administer oxygen, manage ventilators, provide airway care, and educate patients and families on at-home management.

Responsibilities include monitoring treatments, documenting in the EHR, and responding to respiratory emergencies, with collaboration across physicians and nursing staff. Licensure and CRT/RRT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT) required.
• Experience in healthcare or acute care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical and technical skills in respiratory care and ventilation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and plan treatment.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosols, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Provide airway management and tracheostomy care when needed.
• Monitor patient responses and document in the EHR.
• Educate patients and families on at-home care.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and CPR when required.
• Perform pulmonary function tests and ABG analysis.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.
• Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment.
