• Less than 1 year acute care experience; registry eligible.
• RCP licensed in MD and/or DC required.
• CRT certification required; RRT preferred.
• CPR (AHA/Red Cross) within 90 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS within 1 year where required.

Aufgaben

• Provide respiratory care to all patient populations as ordered by physician.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs; document appropriately.
• Perform therapies and manage equipment (ventilators, oxygen, spirometry, etc.).
• Review EMR and physician orders throughout shift.
• Respond to CPR events and maintain airway, oxygenation, and ventilation.
• Support workflow efficiency and adhere to safety standards.
