Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory care required; a bachelor's is preferred.
• Less than 1 year acute care experience; registry eligible.
• RCP license in MD/DC required; CRT required; RRT preferred.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS and other certifications required within 1 year where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy per physician orders using ventilators, oxygen, humidity, and monitoring.
• Assess and document patient conditions, educational needs, and communicate with the team.
• Review electronic medical records and orders; participate in CPR and airway management.
• Promote workflow efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
