Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day functions of the department under medical direction. You will collaborate with leadership to implement a quality assurance program and ensure compliance with current standards.

The role requires leading staff, coordinating scheduling, orientation, and adhering to policies while maintaining proper supplies and budget considerations for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage within a budget and coordinate across departments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Respiratory Care department under medical direction.
• Collaborate with Director to develop and implement a Quality Assurance Program and ensure testing meets current standards.
• Assist with staff selection, orientation, scheduling, and ensure policies reflect current practice standards.
