Mercy seeks a Respiratory Care Supervisor to lead the respiratory staff in delivering safe, high-quality care. You will supervise daily operations, plan and evaluate care strategies, and work closely with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited College Program in Respiratory Care.
• Current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the state of practice.
• 5+ years of experience in respiratory care.
• RRT credential by NBRC; BLS may be obtained on hire.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the Respiratory staff to ensure safe, quality respiratory care.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates operations, techniques, and technology.
• Provides direct patient care and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Maintains adherence to Mercy policies, procedures and standards.
