Ideal candidates hold an MA Respiratory license, RRT, NRP, and BLS, with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved program for Respiratory Care.
• AS or BA/BS preferred.
• Current MA Respiratory license
• RRT, NRP, and BLS are required.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Respiratory Department.
• Collaborates with the Director to develop and implement education, facilitate clinical operations, and support daily operations.
• Assists with staff selection, orientation, scheduling, and ensures policies reflect current standards.
• Ensures Respiratory Department is stocked with adequate and appropriate supplies.
