Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology across the Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role includes program management leadership, service delivery technology lead, and technical project execution responsibilities.

The role connects delivery, strategy, and innovation, working with senior leadership teams to shape HDR’s plan for the next three to five years and position

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional registration and related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of HDR’s program management services within the Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and strategy for service delivery across multiple market sectors.
• Oversee staff assignment, mentorship, and career development for the Program Management and Technology teams.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to policies, quality standards, and best practices.
• Position HDR as an industry thought leader through active engagement and leadership in initiatives.
