Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group.

The role combines leadership in program management, service delivery technology, and project execution, with a focus on strategic planning, collaboration with leadership teams, and driving innovation for a multiyear roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Attitude and commitment to HDR employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of HDR’s program management services and technology integration within the Resources Business Group.
• Lead and mentor Program Management and Service Delivery technology teams.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program management over the next 3–5 years.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure quality, policy adherence, and staffing alignment across the function.
• Represent HDR in industry forums and drive continuous improvement.
