Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. The hybrid role combines leadership in program management business class, service delivery technology leadership, and technical project execution.

The role reports to the Resources Professional Services Director and collaborates with other service delivery leaders to align technology strategy with business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field required.
10+ years of related field experience required.
Professional Engineering registration required or in process.
Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
Active employee-owned culture alignment and HDR values.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coordination to advance program management services and technology integration.
Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across the Resource Business Group.
Develop and implement strategic plans for program management and technology roadmap.
Mentor and develop program management professionals and staff.
