Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across the Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors).

This hybrid leadership role combines Program Management Business Class Leadership, Resources Service Delivery Technology Lead, and Technical Project Execution / Project Leadership to connect delivery, strategy, and innovation with HDR leadership and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services.
• Lead technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Monitor KPIs and drive a unified Program Management practice.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery leads and technology teams.
• Shape the strategic plan for the next 3–5 years.
