Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management, service delivery technology, and project execution leadership to connect delivery, strategy, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Master’s degree and PMP certification are preferred.
• Experience leading program management strategy and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration for HDR's Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate with leadership and technology teams to align strategy and delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure high-quality, consistent delivery across programs.
• Mentor and develop practitioners; oversee recruiting, onboarding and retention strategies.
