Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and technical project execution across HDR’s Resources Business Group.

The role reports to multiple senior leaders and focuses on strategy, alignment, and execution, with a view to positioning HDR as a market differentiator over the next three to five years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in related field.
• Professional engineering registration or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams and programs.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.
• Active pursuit of quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration across HDR Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Leads and Technology Directors for alignment.
• Monitor KPIs and drive strategic plans for program management.
• Develop and execute HDR Technology Roadmap across service delivery stacks.
• Mentor and grow practitioners; guide recruiting and onboarding efforts.
• Represent HDR in industry engagement and client development.
