Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial).

This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service-delivery technology, and execution leadership to connect delivery, strategy, and innovation with HDR leadership and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead program management and technology integration across Power, Waste, and Industrial sectors.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with regional and group metrics.
• Mentor, train, and develop practitioners within the program management class.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies for staff.
• Help develop and implement a strategic plan for program management and industry leadership.
