Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Engineering registration.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to lead across matrixed organizations and partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Oversee program management leadership, staffing, and mentoring.
• Monitor KPIs and drive strategic plans for the next 3–5 years.
• Develop technology roadmaps and foster collaboration across service delivery stacks.
• Represent HDR through industry engagement and promote unified practices.
