Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology in HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors).

This hybrid leadership role combines: Program Management Business Class Leadership, Resources Service Delivery Technology Lead, and Technical Project Execution / Project Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Professional registration/engineering license.
• Experience leading diverse teams.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Provide leadership and coordination across Service Delivery Business Classes.
• Develop and implement technology roadmaps to align with HDR’s strategic plan.
• Represent HDR in industry engagements and mentor/prioritize staff growth.
