Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group.

This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution to connect delivery, strategy and innovation with HDR leadership and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience and professional registration.
• Experience managing diverse teams and leading large programs.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration for HDR's Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate with service delivery leaders and directors to ensure technical excellence.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for program management over 3–5 years.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding and staff development within the program management practice.
• Monitor KPIs and promote consistent delivery across business classes.
