HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management, service delivery technology, and technical project execution to connect strategy with delivery.

You will lead a team, align with leadership, monitor performance metrics, and shape HDR's strategic plan for the next three to five years, positioning HDR as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related field experience and professional registration.
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams across large programs.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.
• Active pursuit of quality, continuous improvement and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration within HDR's Resources Business Group.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Business Class Leads and technology teams to advance strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain health of the Resources Program Management and technology stack.
• Mentor and develop practitioners; drive recruitment, onboarding and staffing strategies.
• Shape a three-to-five-year strategic plan and represent HDR in industry engagements.
• Promote unified Program Management practice with adherence to policies and tools.
