Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to drive program management services and technology across HDR's Resources Business Group. This hybrid leadership role blends program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution across multiple market sectors.

You will work with senior leadership, align strategy, mentor practitioners, and push for standardized tools, metrics, and innovative delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration and engineering licensure preferred.
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and alignment of program management services across HDR Resources.
• Lead technology strategy for service delivery and data management.
• Develop and execute an annual technology roadmap with senior leaders.
• Mentor and develop staff, support recruiting and retention.
• Serve as industry thought leader and represent HDR externally.
