Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration in engineering or related field.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration for HDR's Resources Business Group.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of PM practice and service delivery tech.
• Shape strategic plan for the next 3–5 years and position HDR as a differentiator.
