HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. You will blend leadership with technical execution and drive a multi-disciplinary team toward strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• Professional engineering registration is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field and leadership of diverse teams.
• Experience with program management strategy or innovation initiatives.
• Experience supporting strategic pursuits and client development initiatives.
• Demonstrated industry involvement and professional visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management services and technology integration across HDR Resources.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Technology, and leadership teams to align strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and mentor staff within the Program Management class.
• Develop and implement HDR's Technology Roadmap for service delivery.
• Represent HDR as an industry thought leader.
