• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Maintains a professional registration and related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other directors and managers on business class efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead Resources Service Delivery Technology initiatives and strategy integration.
• Monitor KPIs and mentor practitioners; support staffing and development.
• Shape HDR’s strategic plan for program management over the next 3–5 years.
• Advance technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
