Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group. The role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on delivery across multiple market sectors.

The successful candidate will align technology initiatives with business goals, mentor teams, manage complex programs, and drive HDR’s next three to five year technology roadmap as an industry thought leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related field experience.
• Professional engineering registration and related technical experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery across multiple market sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program management over 3–5 years.
• Mentor and develop practitioners; oversee recruiting and staff development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology with business goals.
• Represent HDR as an industry thought leader and drive continuous improvement.
