Baltimore County Public Schools is seeking a Resource Teacher to coordinate CCEIS actions across multiple schools, guiding staff and central office in disproportionality interventions. The role emphasizes building capacity and aligning with system-wide strategic goals.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3 years teaching experience, and appropriate Maryland certifications. Travel across Baltimore County is required, with responsibilities including coaching and data-driven improvement.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three years of successful teaching experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional guidance and coaching to school-based staff and coordinate resources for identified schools.
• Collaborate with district and school leaders to align CCEIS action plan resources and initiatives.
• Plan and deliver professional development to address disproportionality and promote positive culture and climate.
• Coach on behavior, academics, and social-emotional learning using evidence-based strategies.
• Support administrators and staff in identifying root causes of disproportionality and meeting student social-emotional needs.
• Provide resources and support for Tiered Interventions and Supports.
