Job summary

Carroll County Public Schools seeks a 12-Month Coordinator of Comprehensive Early Intervening Services (CCEIS) to oversee grant funds and data-driven initiatives addressing disproportionality in student outcomes. You will collaborate with school leaders and central office to implement budgets and plans for the CCEIS program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 3 years of outstanding teaching or related experience in psychology, social work, counseling, or special education.
• Experience with grant management and coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCEIS grants to address disproportionality in student representation.
• Develop, monitor, implement and evaluate CCEIS budgets and plans.
• Coordinate with grant specialist to ensure timely submissions.
• Lead professional development to improve prereferral interventions and instructional practices.
• Provide learning that reduces disproportionality in identification, placement, or discipline.
