Ascension Health in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Cardiac/CV RN to provide expert bedside guidance for cardiovascular patients. You will support nurses in real-time, manage high-acuity events, and ensure evidence-based cardiac care.
A Diploma or higher in nursing is required, with Indiana RN licensure in place before start date. Responsibilities include interpreting cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic monitoring, and CV medication administration, such as antiarrhythmics.

Serve as a clinical expert in cardiovascular (CV) care, providing real-time guidance and support to bedside nurses managing cardiac and vascular patients.
Assist with high-acuity situations such as chest pain, arrhythmias, post–cardiac catheterization care, and code responses, ensuring evidence-based interventions are followed.
Act as a resource for interpretation of cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic monitoring, and administration of cardiovascular medications (e.g., antiarrhythmics, vasoactive drips).
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
One or more of the following required:
Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
