Job summary

Docebo, a global AI-powered learning platform, seeks a Resource Planning Lead for its Professional Services team. You will craft schedules, keep data pristine, and spot risks before they affect delivery, aligning consultants to engagements with precision.

You’ll drive weekly and monthly utilization reports, maintain the skills matrix, and collaborate with partners to ensure smooth onboarding and staffing. This hybrid role offers growth toward PS operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, analytics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of scheduling, resource coordination, operations, project coordination, or similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Matchmaking: process staffing requests from intake to assignment, aligning consultants to engagements by skills, availability, and timelines.
• Architect the Schedule: maintain accurate resource schedules and assignments in Kantata to keep allocations up to date.
• Spot the Gaps: flag scheduling conflicts, over-allocations, and staffing gaps to leads and the Resource Manager, proposing options.
• Drive Data Brilliance: produce weekly/monthly reports on utilization, bench time, time-to-staff, and forecast vs actuals.
• Master the Matrix: keep skills matrix updated with consultant updates, certifications, and assignments.
• Empower Our Partners: manage partner resource administration, scorecards, and onboarding logistics.
• Automate the Future: push process improvements using AI tools to reduce manual scheduling and data cleanup.
