Job summary

Justremote is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design self-led e-learning modules and on-demand assets. You will leverage AI to draft scripts, visuals, and assessments while maintaining Docebo LMS administration and Confluence documentation.

You will lead virtual and in-person training, conduct needs assessments, and manage talent programs in a lean, collaborative environment with strong cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience creating eLearning content using Articulate Rise.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in person and virtual.
• Knowledge of LMS administration and multimedia editing software.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus multitasking and prioritization.
• Meticulous organization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build self-led e-learning modules and micro-learning assets.
• Leverage AI tools to write scripts, generate visuals, and draft assessments.
• Document processes and update People Team resources in Confluence.
• Develop training deployment plans and structured proposals.
• Assess feedback to improve learning offerings.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses.
• Manage talent programs including growth and leadership development.
• Collaborate across teams to support development programs.
• Build relationships with internal orgs to support employee development.
• Provide admin support for LMS (Docebo) and manage People Team projects.
