Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Resource Manager to lead planning, deployment, and analytics across our professional services teams. You will balance commercial objectives with people deployment, ensuring the right staff are allocated to the right work at the right time.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions, optimize utilisation, and contribute to continuous improvement of resourcing processes in a hybrid working environment across multiple UK locations.

Qualifications

• Experience within Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Resourcing, Operations or Talent Deployment within a professional services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau/BIIS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy resources across capabilities to meet business demand.
• Match practitioner skills and availability to projects.
• Collaborate with Demand Team to forecast resourcing needs and address supply/demand challenges.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and advise on deployment strategy.
• Produce workforce management reports and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and workforce planning.
