Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates Degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with resource scheduling or workforce allocation tools (Dayshape preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences at all levels."

Responsibilities

• Assist the resource manager and leaders in scheduling and engagement management.
• Ensure compliance with financials, capacity, staff development and diversity.
• Generate scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports for leadership decisions.
• Identify trends to balance workloads and increase utilization.
• Provide financial, profitability and exception reporting analyses.
• Monitor productivity, conflicts, leverage, availability and hours."
• Review schedules to align resources with experience, geography and account priorities.
• Implement firm-wide programs such as rotations and global assignments as needed.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and recommend best practices to teams."
• Follow up on unresolved issues and reschedule projects when required.
• Administer scheduling system onboarding for new hires and ensure accuracy."
• Proof, edit and check work for completeness and formatting."
• Verify scheduling and related information is current and accurate.
