You will lead resource planning, capacity forecasting, and workforce planning while monitoring utilization and demand. Build dashboards, KPIs, and reports to translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or Business Operations.
• Proven experience with PSA platforms, system configuration, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Cloud Coach PSA platform, maintain data integrity, and support end users.
