Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Rooms Manager to oversee the daily operations of the resort’s Housekeeping and Guest Services teams, ensuring service quality, payroll control, and adherence to safety and QA standards.

You’ll lead staffing, schedule weekly rosters, manage room inventory for occupancy targets, train associates on standards, and monitor guest accounts for correct rates and payments while driving cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach, mentor and train staff.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and guests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
