Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to oversee daily operations of the resort Housekeeping and Guest Services. You will schedule staff, manage payroll, and ensure high standards for owners and guests across two departments.

You will lead staffing, training, and development, while supervising audits, budget, and cost controls to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction at our resort properties. Join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• 2 to 5 years of hotel/resort experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
• Control payroll costs to support profitability.
• Communicate priorities to staff through daily/weekly meetings.
• Maintain guest satisfaction levels to meet site goals.
• Identify process improvements for efficient team and guest processing.
• Manage room inventory to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee guest accounts, rates, and payment methods.
• Coordinate with front office for group blocking and requirements.
• Own the Internal Audit process and QA compliance.
• Manage department budget and analyze variances for cost control.
