Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to oversee daily operations of the resort Housekeeping and Guest Services departments.

You will manage staffing, schedules, payroll control, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining standards, training, and associate development across both departments. You will drive cost controls, audits, budgets, and scheduling, blocking inventory, front office requirements, and ensuring compliance with QA and safety procedures, while delivering reliable

Qualifications

Strong leadership and coaching abilities within a hotel/resort setting.
Strategic planning and decision making to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills to manage diverse teams and guests.
2–5 years of hotel/resort experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities
