Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Manager to lead the daily operations of the resort's Housekeeping and Guest Services teams, including staffing, scheduling, training, and development.

You will manage payroll costs, budgets, guest resolutions, and audits, while ensuring room inventory, guest accounts, and front-office requirements meet standards and owners’ needs. Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hotel/resort experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to manage staffing, payroll, budgets and audits.
