Job summary

Destination Geneva National in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to lead operations for one or more GN dining outlets. You will drive daily service, maintain high standards, and work with culinary to deliver memorable experiences for guests and members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury or resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across outlets and support other outlets as needed.
• Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met across GN venues.
• Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house staff and support kitchen recruitment.
