Job summary

Destination Geneva National, based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, is seeking front-of-house servers to join the Hunt Club Steakhouse, Turf at the GN Clubhouse, Crafted Italia, and the Deck Bar at The Ridge Hotel. You may also serve at GN and The Ridge for weddings and corporate events, delivering memorable hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for guest service, order accuracy, delivering courses, and processing payments, with a strong emphasis on upholding sanitation

Qualifications

• Servers must be at least 18 years old; ability to operate an iPad/desktop POS for order-taking and billing.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays; ability to work at multiple venues.

Responsibilities

• Know the venue’s food and drink menus; recommend wines/whiskeys/cocktails/beer to pair with dishes.
• Take and enter orders accurately; deliver drinks and courses on time; process payments.
• Set up, clean and close the restaurant as part of the core team; communicate special requests to the Restaurant Manager; handle complaints with care.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
