Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Sevierville, TN, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to drive daily resort performance and uphold Wyndham Vacation Ownership service standards.

You’ll oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance, and partner with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Lead cost control, budgeting, audits, and staff development, while maintaining strong relationships with guests, associates, vendors and board members.

Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability.
• Understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance.
• Working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 3–5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience.
• Familiarity with HOA governance and board meeting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Develop and execute resort operations while maintaining Wyndham service standards.
• Manage financial aspects and assist in annual budget planning.
