Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to lead daily resort functions while upholding Wyndham Vacation Ownership service standards. You will oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring high quality and attractive guest experiences.

You will help plan annual budgets, review monthly P&L, and collaborate with HR, accounting, and vendors to drive improvements and maintain positive guest relations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability and experience in resort/hospitality management.
• Knowledge of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance, discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Monitor compliance with service standards; conduct audits and inspections.
• Assist in budgeting, monthly financial reporting and variance responses; support HOA relationships.
