You will oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance, and handle financial aspects with monthly P&L awareness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HOA standards and board meeting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Identify process improvements and execute strategic goals.
• Manage financial aspects and annual operations budgets with accounting partners.
• Ensure internal audits, quality standards and loss prevention requirements.
