Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a General Manager for Resort Operations to lead and optimize resort performance across properties.

You will oversee guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and F&B while maintaining Wyndham standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets, audits, vendor relationships, and HOA contracts, with a focus on leadership development and compliance.

Qualificações

• Hospitality certifications preferred: CMCA, CAM, etc.
• Associate Governance preferred.
• Working knowledge of guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and standards at all times.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide others.
• Proven track record of ethical leadership and integrity.
• Fluent computer literacy with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee resort operations for multiple properties and staff.
• Manage all departments and vendor operations, aligning with company goals.
• Perform daily audits and inspections to ensure standards.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and reviewing monthly P&L with partners.
• Ensure HOA contracts are properly reviewed and vetted.
• Develop and mentor associates to build talent and retention.
