Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a General Manager for Resort Operations to lead all resort activities, including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, and F&B, while upholding Wyndham standards and HOA governance.

Expect strong leadership, budget forecasting, and vendor management to ensure financial stability and exceptional guest experiences. This on-site role in Hawaii requires 3-5 years of resort management experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality certifications preferred- CMCA, CAM, etc.
• Associate Governance preferred.
• Working knowledge of hospitality departments: Guest Services, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Professional appearance and standards at all times.
• Positive, motivating attitude ensuring a productive environment.
• Strong Leadership ability: motivate, change, and lead others to success.
• Proven track of ethical leadership and integrity.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 3-5 years of property vacation ownership/hotel management experience required. Mixed use experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall operation of the resort across departments and vendors.
• Audit daily operations to ensure adherence to standards and contract obligations.
• Manage financials: review monthly P&L, forecast budgets, and respond to variances.
• Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of ethics and guest service excellence.
• Coordinate with HOA contracts and governance, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
