Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability and coaching skills.
• Experience in property, vacation ownership, or hotel management.
• Working knowledge of HOA standards, board meeting procedures, and governing statutes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B.
• Assist in budgeting, audits, and financial reporting; monitor P&L impacts by department.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, associates, vendors, and board members.
