Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a General Manager for Resort Operations to lead two resort properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and strong financial performance.

You will manage operations across outlets, drive improvements, and mentor a talented team while upholding Wyndham standards and HOA governance, with attention to compliance and vendor relations. The role requires 3–5 years of vacation ownership/hotel management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Hospitality certifications preferred (CMCA, CAM, etc.).
• Associate Governance preferred.
• Working knowledge of hospitality departments: Guest Services, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional appearance and standards at all times.
• Strong leadership ability: motivate, change, and lead others to success.
• Proven track record of ethical leadership and integrity.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage both resorts and staff and oversee daily operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests, owners, vendors and associates.
• Oversee operational departments and vendor operations; conduct daily audits and inspections.
• Execute operations of food and beverage, fitness centers and activities.
• Control financials: review monthly P&L, budgets and variances; forecast annually.
