Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to lead daily resort functions, uphold service standards, and partner with the General Manager.

You will oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments, manage finances, budgets, and audits, and drive guest satisfaction through leadership and operational excellence. Qualifications

• Proven strong leadership ability and ability to coach and develop teams.
• 3–5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and F&B operations.
• Understanding of HOA governance statutes and board meeting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop resort operations in support of the General Manager.
• Oversee daily operation of Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, audits, and monthly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and loss prevention requirements.
