Travel + Leisure Co. in Illinois is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Resort Operations to support the General Manager and lead daily resort activities, including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance, while upholding the company's service standards.

You will manage financial aspects, prepare and analyze monthly reports, and work with HR to develop talent. Strong leadership and knowledge of HOA and board processes are essential to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Formación

• Proven strong leadership ability.
• Demonstrate understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management and disciplinary action.
• Working Knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B departments.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 3-5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience required with mixed discipline.
• Exhibit working knowledge of standards and documents for HOA, understand governing statues and board meeting procedures.

• Manage financial aspects, budgets, and monthly reports in coordination with accounting.
• Conduct audits and inspections to meet quality, internal controls, and loss prevention standards.
