Ivy Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Springfield, IL to maximize hotel operations and guest satisfaction while boosting revenue and ROI. The AGM reports to the General Manager and oversees front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and guest services, ensuring alignment with company standards and safety policies.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel managerial position; budget management, cost controls, and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor-like understanding of budget management and cost controls.
• Experience of at least 1 year in a hotel managerial role; Hilton brand experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate activities across front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest service, security, and maintenance.
• Maximize ADR and occupancy levels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align strategies and optimize performance.
• Motivate, coach, and train department leaders to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Understand financial statements and budgets, including staffing guidelines and cost controls.
