Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Williamsburg, VA seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all hotel-property operations and drive guest and owner satisfaction, financial performance, and revenue growth. You will align with brand service standards, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing leadership team.

You will partner with the Association Board and senior leadership to execute strategy, optimize profitability, and sustain brand values across every touchpoint of the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in business/hospitality plus 8 years’ management experience.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree plus 6 years’ management operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a property strategy aligned with brand business strategies.
• Oversee COA management and governance with board relations.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and market share.
• Maintain profitability while ensuring guest/owner and associate satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the property leadership team across departments.
