Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a Resort Operations: Management Development Program, an intensive 12‑month immersion across Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Safety & Security, Food & Beverage and Facilities. Participants will rotate through departments, develop leadership and hospitality skills, and pair with a dedicated mentor to guide their progress.

The program is non-exempt, hourly paid with overtime per state and federal law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by start of program.
• Preferred degree in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management.
• Business and Hospitality minor will also be considered.
• Prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and hospitality skills through department rotations.
• Be mentored by a sponsor to navigate the program and grow professionally.
• Interact with owners, guests and associates to build operational expertise.
