Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive on-site internship program at East Region Hilton Head Island, SC, available in 3- or 6-month durations. Interns gain hands-on experience within a designated department, with guidance from property leaders and exclusive sessions with senior executives.

Rotations include Food & Beverage operations and shadowing a different department, plus a capstone project and networking through our internship platform.

Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a college degree.
• Open to students from various disciplines, hospitality or business management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site internship within a designated department.
• Rotate through Food & Beverage and other outlets as property needs.
• Shadow a different department to broaden understanding of resort operations.
• Collaborate on a meaningful project and attend executive sessions.
